Who we help

Selah provides support to immigrants throughout Israel, from all countries of origin, whose lives have been torn apart by tragedy and who lack the resources to cope. Our recipients include, but are not limited to:

  • Victims of terror and violence and their families
  • Orphaned children being raised by a grandparent, an older sibling, an aunt or an uncle.
  • Individuals struck by sudden serious illness
  • Parents of children killed in a terror attack or other circumstances
  • Teens at risk without any means of support, living alone due to parents’ death or absence
  • Accident victims (road, work, fire or drowning accidents)
  • Immigrants living in regions subject to flare ups from border conflicts

Tragedy has many faces. Here are a few of ours.*
