Recipients ask for more frequent support groups; Selah answers the call with quarterly meetings

This year, Selah is increasing the type and frequency of our support group meetings for 3 subgroups within our care: Orphaned Teens being Raised by a Grandparent, their Grandparents, and Orphaned Sibling-Headed Families of Ethiopian Origin. At the close of our Healing Retreats this year, separately, they all asked Selah to schedule more sessions to discuss the issues – both profound and tactical – central to their untraditional families. In response, Selah has begun to host them regularly, all facilitated by trauma counselors, in Hebrew, Russian, and Amharic, respectively.
